Projects for which he has designed mechanical systems include: general office buildings, high rise buildings, shopping centers, multi-family housing, educational buildings, dormitories, printing plants, health clubs, agricultural facilities, hospitals, laboratories, medical and dental clinics, veterinary clinics, heavy manufacturing plants, nursing homes, electronics manufacturing plants, clean rooms, hotels, motels, and casinos.
Systems designed include: central boiler and chiller plants; campus steam and water distribution systems; natural gas and liquid propane distribution systems; low, medium, and high pressure air handling and distribution systems; refrigeration, electronic, pneumatic, and digital control systems; process piping; a variety of energy retrofit systems; plumbing; and fire protection systems.
